How are Judges selected?

Each Judge is handpicked by both members of the Advisory Panel and the Awards Chairman. They are then appointed by design100 and allocated a number of categories across which they rate entries. They are chosen for their experience and high standing and they are assigned categories that are relevant to their expertise.
